The more you hold on to the past the less likely the future is to happen

‘The more you hold on to the past the less likely the future is to happen’

Saraaaaah heard this last night  and it is so powerful I wanted to share it with you; it follows on from what I talked about yesterday.

When people hold onto the past it may be because it feels like a pair of old slippers, or it may just be because they either don’t know how to let go, or they have a fear of the unknown.

Thing is…it doesn’t have to be the unknown.

If you follow the principles in my book ‘The world famous VARGAS happiness sytem’ then you will realise how easy it is to change.

The more you practice the principles the more the future becomes the present and the more comfortable you feel about NOT living in the past.

It starts with a thought and quickly blows up into a full blown action plan because…‘As a man thinketh in his heart so is he’.

Change the way you think about who you are and remember the question is NOT  “who am I?” rather it’s “who do I want to be?”

Don’t let the quicksand of your past keep you stuck and sinking; change today.
